Pizza Trailer Terms

Pricing / terms of service:

Cost of the above service is $45 per guest based on a MINIMUM guest attendance of 50 guests. Price includes unlimited slices and salad for 2 hours and disposable plates and cutlery.  In addition, NYS sales tax and gratuity at 20% will be applied. 

Payment:

Lolita’s Pizza will require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 and a signed contract to secure the function date.  Deposit to be applied to the cost of service.  Payment in full is required five days prior to event in secure funds. 

ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS:

ADDITIONAL HOUR OF PIZZA SERVICE:  $1,000.00

ANTIPASTA: $15.00/ per person

(2) additional sides of wood roasted seasonal, Hudson Valley vegetables.  Ex: charred shishito peppers with caramelized lime and sesame seed, spiced honey glazed fall squash with pomegranate, roasted asparagus-wild mushrooms-pickled onion, roasted brussels sprouts with pecorino-aged balsamic.  Chef will discuss with client what local vegetables will be available at the time of the event and client will choose two sides

BEER, CIDER, AND WINE PACKAGE – starting at $2000 based on 50 guests

(4) *Domestic Beer, Craft and Import 

(4) Wine Varietals. Includes non- alcoholic beverages and ciders*

SERVICE STAFF:  if needed service staff can be provided at a 4 hour minimum and pricing can be discussed with the Event Coordinator.
